Application Information
Deadline: Must be postmarked by April 28, 2008. Application materials and photos send to The Church of Grace and Peace, 1563 Old Freehold Rd, Toms River, NJ 08755. All correspondence should be clearly marked, Attn: Fine Art & Craft Fair Committee. Acceptance/non-acceptance letters will be sent out as soon as the Fine Art and Craft Fair Committee make a decision.

Application Fees:
10’ x 10’ Space -- $50.00.
10’ x 10’ Space with one 8’ table -- $60.00 (Additional table in this space -- $10.00)
8’ Table space only -- $30.00
Policieses/Eligibilty
All work must be originals, created solely by the artist. Numbered prints are acceptable. Only the work of the exhibitor may be displayed or sold.
Work produced with commercial kits, molds, prefabricated forms are not eligible. Ceramic works must be handmade by the artist. If multiple pieces of the same design are displayed, each must be signed. Artwork should be original, no copies.
Exhibitors must personally attend their booths for the duration of the show.
Exhibitors will not be allowed to nail, screw or otherwise attach anything to walls, doors, columns, floors or ceiling.
If setting up a tent, nothing may be put into the ground.
The sponsoring committee reserves the right to remove any materials or exhibitors not complying with the rules.
Booth Information
New! This year we will have indoor and outdoor tables.
Booth space is 10’ x 10’. Tables of 8’ length and two chairs will be available as determined by each vendor.
Exhibitors must have booths set up by 9:00 AM on the day of the show, and must remain until the close at 3:00 PM. Exhibitors are welcome to set up Friday evening, 7 – 10 PM. No overnight security will be provided outdoors.
Electricity is limited to indoor spaces and available on a first come, first served basis.
